Athletic Assist provides experienced, practical guidance for people navigating important decisions in athletics. Our primary focus is Find Your Fit, a guided college decision program that helps student-athletes and families identify, research, and evaluate colleges based on academic, athletic, financial, and personal fit. Athletic Assist also provides mentoring and consulting for coaches and new athletic directors, along with individualized quarterback training for athletes who want to develop their skills and understanding of the position.

About Us
Founder Mike Donnelly has more than 15 years of experience as a high school athletic director and more than 20 years of experience in high school athletics.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked with student-athletes, parents, coaches, and college programs while helping families navigate decisions involving athletics, academics, recruiting, and long-term fit.
He has also experienced the recruiting process first hand with daughters who are currently student-athletes at the NCAA Division I and Division II levels.
He developed Find Your Fit after seeing how often families were asked to make important college decisions without a reliable way to organize the process.
